Description:

Vida Roche is hands down one of my favorite projects to date. My boss, Edgar Roche, is an incredibly creative, passionate, enthusiastic and amazing human, full of ideas, energy, and endless projects. Working with him wasn’t just a job; it was a learning experience that opened the door to so many new skills. From dropshipping and print-on-demand to AI tools and technical strategies, I got to dive into areas I had never explored before.

This project wasn’t just about designing or marketing, it was about problem-solving, learning, and growing. I got to experiment with bold, colorful, and dynamic designs while also expanding my skill set in business strategy, branding, and e-commerce. Working on Vida Roche was an exciting ride, and I’m grateful for this amazing opportunity.

My Role:

Revamping the Shopify store was my first challenge. I had to redesign the website, making it more visually appealing, organized, and user-friendly. This involved editing product images, writing compelling product descriptions, uploading and categorizing products, adjusting settings, tags, and collections, and creating promotions and campaigns to enhance the overall UX/UI.

A few months in, Edgar decided to explore dropshipping, which meant we both had to dive deep into learning everything about it. I took on the responsibility of conducting extensive market and product research to find trending, high-demand items. Once we selected the best products, I added them to the store, optimized their images, wrote SEO-friendly descriptions, and configured all backend settings to ensure a smooth order processing experience.

Then came the Print-on-Demand phase! Edgar wanted to create custom merchandise, so I learned how to set up stores on Printify and Printful. I designed artwork using AI tools like Midjourney, upscaled and enhanced images with Topaz Gigapixel for high-quality printing, and meticulously edited and prepared each design for seamless production. Managing these designs across platforms was another key part of the process, ensuring everything was ready for launch.

Vida Roche, however, was just the beginning. Edgar had a bigger vision, leading to the creation of several new projects: Vida Village, Vida Remote, Vida Meditations, Vida Yoga, Vida Bar, and Vida Travelers. These ventures were built around the idea of transforming shipping containers into unique, functional spaces, each with its own purpose and identity. To help bring these ideas to life, I designed professional pitch decks and proposals aimed at attracting investors and contributors, visually presenting each concept in a compelling and engaging way.
